Stryker - 2" Race Chassis

The next-generation Stryker race chassis is built around a robust 2” DOM primary structure, designed to conquer the most demanding race courses with strength and precision—without compromising on occupant safety. Designed with our signature aggressive styling and sleek lines, this chassis looks fast even at a standstill.

 The Stryker Chassis Platform is a tested and proven platform based on a chassis originally designed by Jason Locktup Stanley. Years of  testing and tweaking went into this design platform making it a very versatile foundation to build into a killer crawler/trail rig or race car.

Stryker Design Features

• ALL DOM (drawn over mandrel) Tube Constriction (Mild Steel)-  2” x .188 wall thickness sub frame, and rocker rails  (tubes shown in bright green on the drawings). The remainder of chassis is built out of 2” x .120 wall thickness tubing (shown in grey on the drawings),  and 1.75" x .120 wall thickness tubes for the window bars, and optional additional lacing/bracing tubes (shown in royal blue on the drawings)

• Power & Drivetrain Versatility -  This chassis will accommodate a wide range of power & drivetrain options, from the popular LS V8 engines down to the bulletproof Toyota 4 cylinder Engines.

• Wheelbase Base Variety  - Midsize Chassis that would accommodate 115" and Up. Wheelbase depends entirely on your application and tire size.

• Powertrain Cooling - The Stryker race chassis designed for a rear radiator and cooling farm.. although smaller coolers such as transmission, oil, power steering coolers, may be mounted up front.

• Suspension Variety -  4 Link Front and Rear, Trailing/Leading Arms, Coilovers, Bypasses, this chassis can be configured how you'd like. The rear lower bumper tube is designed and built intentionally straight for very clean sway bar packaging.

• Suspension Travel - The front and rear lower frame rails are designed specifically to accommodate a 50/50 shock travel ratio for go fast applications.

• Fuel Cell - The rear tail of the chassis is designed specifically to mount the Jazz Jeepspeed 32gal fuel cell however there is enough room in the back to accommodate a larger custom made fuel cell. 

Safety,  There's NO Compromise

The Stryker comes standard with a full X brace which includes the lower W bracing, and complete roof tube structure. Other chassis on the market today may charge extra for this bracing  and /or make it available as an option, - if at all. Consumer beware.

Base Price

Base price includes a chassis that is tack welded together only (fully welded in key areas to keep the chassis square/straight for transport). All tubing butt joints are interior sleeved/slugged with 1.75" x .120 wall DOM. These joints are fully welded and plug welded. Coped joints are de-burred, beveled and cleaned, ready for you to weld.

Several optional add ons available. Examples include:

• 1.75" Tube gussets on the A pillar, B pillar and upper roof window structure (shown in light blue on the drawings)
